Plastic-Free & Natural Hair Conditioning Bar

Finding conditioner bars that work has been a bit of a journey, but now the guys at Friendly soap have created two amazing bars of glory!

This Lavender and Tea Tree Conditioning Bar uses a nourishing blend of cocoa butter and castor oil that works away to leave your hair softer, less tangled and altogether more manageable.

Added to that is the Lavender, which will help you relax and the anti-fungal Tea Tree will gently cleanse and moisturise your scalp.

As with all the Friendly range, this conditioner bar is eco-friendly, as it's free from Parabens, Sulphates, Triclosan, Phthalates and Cruelty.

What makes us super happy is that it's totally plastic-free - packaged in a recycled (and recyclable) cardboard box.

Friendly Soap Co are also registered with The Vegan Society, Cruelty Free International and have a Best rating with Ethical Consumer.

All that, and frizz-free, softer hair ... what more could you need?

Packaging: Recycled cardboard box

Ingredients: Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter, Ricinus communis (Castor) oil, Behentrimonium Methosulfate (and) Cetearyl Alcohol, Lavandula angustifolia (lavender) essential oil contains linalool, limonene, geraniol, Melaleuca alternifolia (tea tree) essential oil contains limonene

This conditioning bar comes in a small recycled cardboard box.

The cardboard can be recycled, or composted.

To compost, soak it in water then put on your compost heap - or in the garden waste - with your vegetable peelings.

These conditioner bars are extra special because they can be used in two ways:

You can use it as a solid soap. Simply wet your hands in warm water & rub the bar between you hands to create a creamy paste, then tease the cream through your hair with your fingers.

You can also use it as a liquid conditioner - it's a bit of a faff, but once it's done, just use it like your old bottled conditioner:

1.      Mix your Friendly conditioner bar with 600ml of boiling water until dissolved.

2.      Allow the conditioner mixture to cool down to a safe temperature.

3.      Pour the conditioner mixture into a sterile recycled bottle of your choice (make use of your old shampoo bottle!)
